Based in San Antonio, he builds at the intersection of media, personal branding, entrepreneurship, and performance. He's the one and only founder, creative director, and host behind Gateway Growth. Why Gateway Growth was created

Gateway Growth grew out of Jay's own work building a founder-led brand — the discipline of building a public identity while running a real business. That became the premise for a platform that documents the same process in other people building, creating, and performing at a high level.

Jay stands 6'1" with a 41-inch vertical jump, and centers his athletic personal brand around competitive dunking — creative, professional-grade dunks documented as he pursues the professional exhibition level, rather than standard organized team play. He attended John Marshall High School in San Antonio.
